Those who were not able to get their Interview Slip on the dates indicated may get it anytime at the Guidance Office. You may proceed with the Interview with just your Report Card or OTR/Certification of Grades.
All requirements mentioned during the test must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office during your enrollment.
