The following are the schedule of activities on the month of October:

9 Planning of defense proper
13 Final review of proposal documents by the adviser
15 Submission of final draft of proposal documents to class adviser
16 Final checking of prototype
19 Submission of 3 copies for the panelists
20 Transfer of files for presentation and prototype to the laptop which will be use during the defense to avoid delays
21 – 22 Proposal defense
